Woman uses backyard to pay her mortgage after turning it into Greece

A PERSON has shared how they managed to turn their back garden into a side hustle after they transformed it to look like a Greek taverna.

And once the outside paradise was completed, they began renting it out – and now it’s their “second source of income” that pays for the price of the property.

The owner of Villa Blanco in the Los Angeles area got the bright side hustle idea of making over their garden to earn some money.

After looking around for inspiration, they settled on a Greek theme, and started the process.

And it very quickly transformed from a drab space covered in grass to looking like it was from a holiday brochure.

Now, the spacious backyard of the home is covered in grey pebbles and large green plants and cacti frame the white walls.

It also has various pathways that look like they are made of sand, plus white patio tiles, subbeds, and various other furniture.

While the propertyside boasts an impressive patio area, complete with shaded white curtains and wicker style furniture.

Once the job was complete, the people behind Villa Blanco decided to rent it out for photo shoots, video shoots and anyone else that wants to hire it for a particular duration.

And the space, which they’ve described as “the perfect summer outdoor location,” has attracted so much attention – and in turn cash.

“This is now my second source of income.”

They added in the caption: “Made my backyard my second source of income and now my house pays for itself.”

And, after witnessing the amazing before and after footage, people said they couldn’t believe how genius the money-making idea was.
